    • Live Stream Track & File Provenance: Forwarded x-audio-file-name, x-audio-file-path, and lossless indicators in stream responses, displaying active playing file paths in the player bar tooltip and dynamic status dots (cyan for bit-perfect FLAC, amber for Opus).
