HeChuang 93b4a154cb fix: improve primary button hover contrast in plugin authoring actions (#2885) ... The hover state on the primary button used brightness(0.98) which was nearly invisible, making the button look unresponsive. Changed to brightness(0.85) for a clear, perceptible hover feedback.
