Aria Shishegaran fe58db2ba1 fix(web): target comment picker elements precisely (#3263) ... Resolve Comment picker hit testing against meaningful visible DOM leaves before falling back to annotated ancestors, while preserving Inspect mode's annotation-first selector behavior.
